Here’s a little background on me. I attended the University of Southern Maine and earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a holistic health minor. I went on to graduate school at Lesley University, where I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a holistic specialization. During my time at Lesley University, I gained experience by working at a substance abuse clinic and then at a local university counseling center. After I graduated, I started work as a crisis clinician on the crisis response team for the local county. I then worked as an outpatient clinician providing individual, family, and couples therapy to adults and children at a community mental health clinic. I left the community mental health clinic to follow my dream of opening my own private practice. I am a nationally certified licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC). So here I am!
